Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cookie Trip, each item is made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at cat@takeacookietrip.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

If the damage occurred during shipping, we will review the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Cookie cutters
  • STL/digital download files
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Orders with incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Orders delayed by the shipping carrier

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads, STL files, guides, and other downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased.
